(referred to as “D1CE.COM”, “Company”, “We”, or “Us”), a company legally established under the laws of Curaçao with the company number 157304, and registered office at Korporaalweg 10, Curaçao. We operate the website www.d1ce.com under the license 8048/JAZ2022-045 granted by the Government of Curacao.

2. ACCEPTANCE

This Policy outlines the rules, settings, and conditions governing the Sportsbook betting Services on our Website. Usage of these Services implies full acceptance of the Company's terms. Definitions:

a) Account or User Account: Refers to your User Account created on www.d1ce.com.

b) Bet and Wager: Refer to any participation in any Game on the Website.

c) Company, We or Us: Refers to D1CE Entertainment B.V. ("D1CE.COM").

d) Game and Games: Refer to any gambling Services on the Website, including Games of skill, Games of chance, Games of risk, sports Bets, and esports.

e) Wallet: Refers to your on-site wallet where your funds are stored.

f) Promotion Code: Your unique promotion code.

g) Service and Services: Refer to all Games, chat rooms, support interactions, and features such as deposits, tips, withdrawals, and bonuses available on the Website or associated with it.

h) Terms: Refers to this agreement which comprises the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Game and Sportsbook Policy, and D1CE.COM Chat Rules.

i) You, User or Player: Refers to each natural individual with an Account at www.d1ce.com.

4. DISCLAIMER

4.1 Live Score Updates: You acknowledge that Live Score Updates are for guidance only. We are not responsible for any errors. We reserve the right to cancel any bets if the outcome is already known or if technical issues prevent correct odds updates.

4.2 Outright Bets: Outright bets are all-in runs and will be settled as a loss if the selection does not participate in the event unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Dead Heat Rules: Dead heat rules apply where there is more than one winner. Users' stakes are divided by the number of tied selections, with this portion settled as a winner and the rest as a loser.

4.4 Official Information: All bets are settled using information provided by the official body running the competition at the time of the result unless stated otherwise. For events outside official competitions, bets are settled using the provided information.

4.5 Competitor Non-starts: If a competitor doesn't start, we will cancel the corresponding head-to-head market. If both competitors don't finish, the winner will be the one with more laps. If both competitors are out in the same lap, the head-to-head market will be canceled. If competitors are in the same position, bets on this head-to-head market will be voided.

4.6 Interrupted or Postponed Matches: If the match is interrupted or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours after the scheduled time, live and pre-match bets will be canceled, except for those with clearly defined outcomes when the game was stopped.

4.7 Statistics and Editorial Text: Statistics or editorial text published in the Sportsbook are considered additional information. We do not accept liability if the information is incorrect. Users are responsible for being aware of an event's circumstances.

4.8 Bad Odds: The Company reserves the right to cancel any bet made on obviously incorrect odds, switched odds, or bets made after an event has started.

4.9 Bet Restrictions: The Company reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any bet. Each bet will be settled after the contest ends or with official results. D1CE.COM reserves the right to cancel any bet on altered, fraudulent, or manipulated odds, switched odds, or bets made after an event has started. Additionally, we reserve the right to void or cancel any bets where the outcome has been altered by penalty points, enforced relegations, or any other measure enforced as a result of anything other than the usual results of the games or competitions in question.

4.10 Unfair Activity: In case of suspicion of unfair activity, we reserve the right to void any bet or part of it, making the questionable bet invalid. Users can bet only as individuals, and group bets are not allowed. Repeated bets on the same results or winners from the same or different Users may be declared invalid. If involvement in game manipulation, gambling or criminal syndicates, collusion, fraud, or other illegal practices is found, the Account will be locked and all remaining balance frozen.

4.11 Disputes: You acknowledge that you must raise disputes within seven (7) days. Otherwise, your potential claims will be lost. You alone are liable for raising your claims in time.

4.12 Combo Bets with Related Outcomes: You acknowledge that combo bets with related outcomes will be voided. For example, a bet on Barcelona to win La Liga combined with a Barcelona win in the deciding game will be considered invalid.

4.13 Odds Updates: You acknowledge that D1CE.COM or its partners can update the odds of any potential Bet or Wager before it is made at their sole discretion at any time. Additionally, you acknowledge that D1CE.COM or its partners can remove one or multiple bet or wager options from an individual event, match, or game, or from all events, matches, or games at their sole discretion.

4.14 Automated Betting Scripts: Third-party automated betting scripts are not allowed on the Website. Any usage of third-party automated betting scripts or bots is a breach of Terms.

5. GENERAL INFORMATION

5.1. The Sportsbook Section includes various sports and esports on which outcomes you can bet. All bets and wagers from the Sportsbook section are based on real games and considered sports bets and esports bets.

5.2. The game section is constantly updated to show all upcoming matches, events, and games. Depending on the sport or e-sports you choose, the time you can place your wagers in advance will differ. You have the option to bet on games before it starts (pre-game) and while it is still going (live-bet).

5.3. The maximum odds your Bet can receive on the Sportbook is x1000 (one thousand). Bets that would result in a multiplier above 1000 (one thousand) are capped at a multiplier of 1000 (one thousand).

5.4. The minimum odds a winning Bet can receive are 1.01 (zero point zero one). Bets which would result in a lower multiplier are not possible.

5.5. The minimum stake to place a bet in the Sportsbook is 1 (one) USD.

5.6. The maximum stake for a bet in the Sportsbook greatly varies depending on the type of place bet between 10 (ten) USD and 200000 (two hundred thousand) USD.

5.7. You acknowledge that wins which would result in a payout over 500000 (five hundred thousand) USD are capped at 500000 (five hundred thousand) USD.

5.8. Under My Bets, you can view all your ongoing bets and wagers and past bets and wagers, disregarding whether you won or lost them. It also allows you to filter for open bets, won, lost, cashed out, canceled, and refunded.

5.9. The Company provides no warranty for the My Bets section's all-time availability, accuracy, and completeness.

5.10. Once a Bet is settled or cashed out, you will receive your funds within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the successful conclusion. You acknowledge the payment can be delayed due to issues outside the influence of the Company.

Early Cash Out and Cancellation

5.11. You can cash out your bet early if you are happy with the odds or feel you might lose the bet otherwise. You acknowledge that you might not be able to cash out your bet anymore if the game is close to a conclusion. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will lose any combo boost or free bet or other bonus when you cash your bet out early.

5.12. If you choose to cash out your bet, you will receive the displayed amount once the bet has been settled, following the rules of a regular finished bet.

5.13. You acknowledge that the Company may place a fee on every bet you cancel. The fee may be up to 20% (twenty percent) of the initial amount. The fee depends on the amount of the initial bet. You cannot cancel a bet if the game the bet was made on has already started.

5.14. The user can accept or reject the offer to redeem a bet. By selecting “Cash out,” the End User confirms his acceptance of the new essential conditions of the Bet. Cash out rates can be offered for both pre-match and live betting. The sportsbook reserves the right to change the offer to repurchase the Bet over time or not form a Bet to repurchase the bet without giving a reason.

6. BET TYPES

6.1. Single (Ordinary)

A wager placed on the outcome of a single event. The payout for a single bet is calculated by multiplying the stake by the odds of the chosen outcome.

6.2. Combo

A bet that combines multiple selections from independent events. To win, all selections within the combo must succeed. If any selection loses, the entire combo bet is lost.

6.3. System

A series of combo bets created from a set of outcomes, each with the same stake and number of outcomes. The payout for the system bet is the sum of the payouts from the individual combo bets within the system.

6.4. Trixie

A combination bet that includes one treble and three doubles from three selected events.

6.5. Patent

A combination bet that includes one treble, three doubles, and three singles from three selected events.

6.6. Yankee

A combination bet that includes one fourfold, four trebles, and six doubles from four selected events.

6.7. Canadian (Super Yankee)

A combination bet that includes one fivefold, five fourfolds, ten trebles, and ten doubles from five selected events.

6.8. Heinz

A combination bet that includes one sixfold, six fivefolds, fifteen fourfolds, twenty trebles, and fifteen doubles from six selected events.

6.9. Super Heinz

A combination bet that includes one sevenfold, seven sixfolds, twenty-one fivefolds, thirty-five fourfolds, thirty-five trebles, and twenty-one doubles from seven selected events.

6.10. Goliath

A combination bet that includes one eightfold, eight sevenfolds, twenty-eight sixfolds, fifty-six fivefolds, seventy fourfolds, fifty-six trebles, and twenty-eight doubles from eight selected events.

6.11. Odds Rounding

If the odds contain more than two decimal places, the payout will be rounded to the nearest second decimal place.

7. MARKETS

7.1. Match (1X2)

Bets can be placed on the outcome of a match or event. Options are: "1" for the home team or the team listed first, "X" for a draw, and "2" for the away team or the team listed second.

7.2. Correct Score

Bets can be placed on the exact final score of a match or event.

7.3. Over or Under (Totals)

Bets can be placed on whether the total number of a predefined statistic (e.g., goals, points, corners) in a match will be over or under a specified amount. If the total matches the specified amount, bets are void.

7.4. Odd or Even

Bets can be placed on whether the total number of a predefined statistic (e.g., goals, points) will be an odd or even number.

7.5. Head-to-Head or Triple-Head

A bet on which of two or three participants will achieve the best result in an event.

7.6. Half Time or Full Time

Bets can be placed on the outcome at half time and the final outcome of the match.

7.7. Period Betting

Bets can be placed on the outcome of individual periods within a match.

7.8. Draw No Bet

Bets can be placed on either "1" or "2" as defined in Section 7.1. If the match ends in a draw, the stake is refunded.

7.9. Handicap

Bets can be placed on whether a team will win after a specified handicap is applied to the final score. If the result is a tie after applying the handicap, bets are void.

7.10. Asian Handicap

Bets involve a handicap that can result in a partial win or loss, depending on the margin of victory.

7.11. Double Chance

Bets can be placed on two of the three possible outcomes of a match: 1X, 12, or X2.

7.12. Outright or Place Betting

Bets can be placed on a participant to win or place within a specified range in an event or competition.

7.13. Quarter or Half or Period X

Bets can be placed on the outcome or score within a specific timeframe of a match, not including other parts of the event.

7.14. Result at the End of Quarter or Half or Period X

Bets can be placed on the result at the end of a specified timeframe, including all events leading up to that point.

7.15. Race to X Points or Race to X Goals

Bets can be placed on which team or participant will reach a specified number of points or goals first. If the target is not reached, bets are void.

7.16. Winner of Point X or Scorer of Goal X

Bets can be placed on which team or participant will achieve a specific event first. If the event does not occur, bets are void.

7.17. First Card or Next Team to Receive Penalty Minutes

Bets can be placed on which team will receive the first card or penalty minutes. If it is unclear who received the card first, bets are void.

7.18. Team to Score First and Win

Bets can be placed on a team to score the first goal and win the match. If no goals are scored, bets are void.

7.19. Clean Sheet

Bets can be placed on a team not conceding any goals during a match.

7.20. Team to Win from Behind

Bets can be placed on a team to win the match after being behind at any point.

7.21. Team to Win All Halves or Periods

Bets can be placed on a team to score more goals than its opponent in all designated halves or periods.

7.22. Injury Time

Bets referring to "Injury Time" are based on the official time displayed, not the actual time played.

7.23. Man of the Match or Most Valuable Player

Bets on "Man of the Match" or "Most Valuable Player" are settled based on the decision of the event organizers unless stated otherwise.
